It's late October already, and I didn't do so hot with the gardening project this year. However, while I was in California a couple of weeks back, I found this growing in one of my in-law's lemons:



That's right. It's a lemon tree, starting in the parent lemon. It's beautiful. I'm now trying to grow several lemon plants in my laundry room. We'll see how it goes.

Update: It doesn't go well. I forgot about the lemon plants, and they died for lack of water. I'm terrible.
