Microsoft, Google, and Yahoo all want to be the dominant search engine for the billions of internet users out there, holding the largest captive audience possible. Whoever controls the search engine, controls the masses, right?

The latest clash is between Microsoft and Google; Microsoft is sueing Google for "poaching" a top level executive. Kai-Fu Lee has apparently broken an "I won't work for a competitor for a year after I quit" contract by working for Google.
