I was out hunting for some food for my colony, and I found a small winged male that I believe is another Formica Obscuripes ant. Just for kicks, I tossed him into my colony and watched.

The workers in my colony pretty much treated him like any other young male from the colony -- "sniffing" him and picking him up and placing him near the eggs, like he was a baby or something.

I honestly thought the encounter was going to be a lot more interesting, but it turned out to be rather mundane, really.
