I decided that I'd move the ants from the terrarium to the newly made ant farm today. After digging through a bunch of dirt, I found all the ants and what I believe to be the queen. She's much larger than the rest -- easily three times as large, and she tends to have a bunch of other ants following her around.

Next, I'm going to carve out some foraging chambers and connect them with tubing so they can gather food and water.
