Even with blockbuster's bad press over their "no late fees" nonsense, and their attempt at the takeover of Hollywood Entertainment Corp, I'm still a blockbuster customer. Why? Because I just want to rent videos, and I like their netflix-like online/mail service. I don't care about any of that. However, when go to their website to add movies to my list, I don't want to see a family sitting on the couch badly acting like they enjoying whatever movie they've recently rented. Come on - they look like zombies. ZOMBIES.
