WELDING ROUNDUP

In case you've been wondering why I've been cranking out so many figurines lately, here's the scoop:
I'm visiting my in-laws.
It's true. I love my in-laws, and I love being able to visit them, but spending a week in the town of Dinuba, California with nothing to do is enough to drive me batty. The last time I visited, I thought to bring my welding gear with me, and it turned out to be the most productive welding time I've ever had. And this last week was even better. I managed to crank out a full twenty figurine sets, most of which I created to build up an inventory in preparation for a couple of trade-shows that are coming up.
Tonight, I'm packing up my welding gear in preparation for the long drive back home, and production will resume its normal pace. I imagine that the week following the trade shows will be slightly more productive, since I'll have to fill orders. I don't plan to actually sell any figurines at the events. I learned at a previous show that if I sell the figurines that make up my display, I'll have a worthless display as people buy up the best looking figurines. So I sell orders instead, and it seems to work out.
Anyhow, I hope you've enjoyed the week-long welding show here on my site!
