Only this time, he's getting sued.
It looks like some clever 50 year old doctor decided to tell his 47 year old female patient that the best way to treat her lower back pain was to HAVE SEX with him.
Brilliant!
She participated, and now she's sueing him for "battery, negligence and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress."
