I picked up a couple of real wine bottles and balloons (to create an airlock over the bottle) and transferred the wine from the punch bowl to the wine bottles via. a syphon hose i grabbed from the garage. instructions i have say to make sure some of the "lees" are transferred as well, since that's where the yeast is hanging out. i think that means "gunk that is floating at the top," so that's what i grabbed. now, all of my wine is in two bottles with balloons at the top sealing out the oxygen. hopefully my yeast will begin to create some alcohol over the next 3 to 5 days. mmmm boy!
