For the last few years, I've been using this image as my avatar on forums:



I like it. It's a picture of the first figurine I ever sold online. It was a request for a skeleton holding a martini, and after that first request, the orders haven't stopped coming in. I've been cranking out welded figurines ever since. So... I'm rather attached to the old avatar.

However, on the same forums I sell my figurines, there was a thread created by a guy who was creating and selling animated avatars for use on the forums. For $10, I got myself a new avatar:



Pretty slick. I think it works.
