I just upgraded from Ubuntu 7.04 ("Feisty Fawn") to 7.10 ("Gutsy Gibbon"), and the upgrade keeps crashing out on me. I've submitted an error report through Launchpad, and hopefully something turns up. Otherwise, I'll just drop back down to 7.04 and keep using it until they patch up 7.10.

As a side note, I'm running another fresh install of 7.10 right now, but I haven't installed some of the patches for the packages that come with this version, and though that might not be related, Ubuntu hasn't crashed on me this time around It might be a package upgrade that's causing me the problems. We'll see.

Update: I haven't had any problems with Ubuntu 7.10 during this latest install. The only change is that I haven't installed Nvidia's proprietary video card driver, and am instead letting Ubuntu handle the card on it's own. Nvidia's driver may be the source of the problem.
