It's been slow.
I found out that I needed a front cover from an L20b, so I stopped by the Tacoma pull-a-part and picked one up for $11. Not too bad. It's in really good shape, too. I still need to get another head gasket to cut and size properly for the timing cover, and I should be good to go. It's been a terribly slow process, but I'm inching closer and closer to completion. Unfortunately, my project-cash-reserve has dwindled down to almost nothing, so I'll need to put some more time into some of my welded figurines to make some more money. Although... in theory, not much money should be needed to get my engine running at this point. Aside from the head gasket, I think the only thing left to do is assemble stuff.
