I wired up the tach, and it appears to work. However, in the midst of my work, I created a short somewhere, so it keeps blowing out a fuse. I'm going to go have to go back in there and re-wire some stuff. Also, my engine keeps blowing out white smoke, which means it's drinking coolant. It *might* be the head gasket (since the head is also leaking a bit of oil), but it might just be that the coolant going into the intake manifold is getting into the engine. I'll pull the intake off and apply some gasket sealer, and hopefully that'll work.
