MAKING "REAL" WINE

Well, I got a little bored of watching my wine do nothing, so I broke down and purchased a 65 cent packet of wine yeast, plus some other wine related things (tanin, pectic enzyme, campdon tablets, etc.). The packet of yeast is designed to handle a full barrel of wine, so I just added a tiny pinch, and it looks like it's actually doing something now. Bubbles are starting to form.
